HOW IT WORKS
Based on your preferences, a number of movement snacks from our repertoire (of currently 85), enter your individual pool. They are delivered to you one-by-one at the times youve selected, via an instructional video. The instruction can come in captions if youre in a quiet area. Each movement snack lasts one to two minutes. After receiving one you can opt to replay or receive another.

INCLUSIVITY
Closed captions (a.k.a. subtitles) are available at the touch of a button for hearing impaired, or if youre in a quiet space without headphones.
For wheelchair users, or if youd rather not stand up and draw attention to yourself, select "seated only" in preferences.
For visually impaired, every movement snack comes with audible narration.

OPTIMAL FREQUENCY OF MOVEMENT SNACKS
We suggest you only set your notifications for times when youre at your desk and usually at a suitable stopping point, such as before your Monday morning meeting or before lunch. One movement snack per day is better than none. But youll feel and notice the benefits (better movement, less tightness and stiffness, better mental focus) if you consistently indulge in three to four on every work day.

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE APP
To use the app most effectively, be specific with your preferences. If there are 40, say, movement snacks in your pool but you only want one per day, although the movements might be fun and invigorating they wont really help any specific issues you may have. We suggest you pick one outcome (such as lengthening hamstrings, loosening low back, increase energy and blood flow) then do 3-4 movement snacks per day for 3-4 weeks, before picking a different outcome. We suggest you invest in a 5ft broom handle and keep it next to your desk, facilitating a number of extra high-value movement snacks.

JOINING A GROUP
If you select to join a group youll be able to see other group members activity on your home screen, and other group members will be able to see yours. Only other group members can see your activity. You can opt to leave the group at any time and all data is deleted.
